Yeah! It is Friday which means miraculously my fridge and pantry is filled with food from the store, my house is cleaned thoroughly, Mary Poppins Style, and my linens are fresh on my bed. I so wish that was my reality! None -the-less all the above is done and we are ready for the weekend!

Tator-Tot Casserole! Yummo! One of the family favorites right now and Scott and I are thrilled we now have kids to use as an excuse to have this for dinner. Scott went biking with our friend Robert and invited him over for dinner after. I never saw two grown men be so giddy while eating. It was like they were five again!
