Party Time During Rain Time!

Papa and Missi sent these adorable outfits to girls!  Holly and Heidi were so excited opening the package from Colorado and seeing new fufu-tutu dresses they were trying to put them on immediately.  Holly was jumping for joy and lil sis was right behind her.  Thanks Papa and Missi!  They love their new dresses.
